Delivery Schedule

Orders must be made at least a working day in advance for following delivery schedule to be valid. Call to inquire.

Delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays or for special occasions such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, etc, a delivery surcharge charge of $20 apply. Orders must be made at least 2 working days in advance for the above days. Call to inquire for special cases. Additional charges may incur.

No delivery on 'Li Chun' (立春)

Flox reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability. We will ensure that items replaced will either be of equivalent or of a higher value. We'll update you if resources are not available.

We provide all standard delivery to local address in mainland Singapore only. Deliveries cannot be made to Jurong Island, Airline Road, Changi Airport Cargo and Airbase, and PSA (Free Freight Zone), Sentosa, military bases, and school campuses.

If the requested delivery address is particularly remote, there may be an extra delivery charge.

To ensure timely delivery for all our orders, we're not responsible for the delivery if the recipient is not at the given location at the date/time of delivery. For smooth delivery, kindly ensure that
a. The address and contact number given are correct.
b. Recipient is available at the given address and time.

In case that the recipient is not present at time of delivery, the gifts will be left with somebody willing to receive on behalf of the recipient, such as colleague, family members, friends or neighbours. We reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the delivery and charge you a re-delivery fee.

Order cancellations must be made at 24 hours in advance or a 50% cancellation charge is applicable.
